PMEAL stands for Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning. The main principle in our CCCD project is that communities are in the driver seat of their development. Planning, monitoring and evaluation therefore should not be extractive, but participatory in nature, meaning that we want community members to participate in the data collection and data analysis.
