After phase-out of a Child Centered Community Development (CCCD) project, Help a Child wants communities to be independent and enabled to be in charge of their own development. To measure the actual community empowerment and sustinability, Help a Child has decided to conduct ex-post evaluations. These evaluations will be conducted two years after phase-out and should give more insight in how the community is faring on after our implementing partner has left the area. We hope that through these evaluations, we can learn more on what can be done to further boost the sustainability of our programs.
