Community Based Complaints and Feedback Mechanism (CBCFM)

Help a Child has set up a Community Based Complaints and Feedback Mechanism (CBCFM) so that project participants, partners and other stakeholders of Help a Child can share feedback, concerns and complaints. We want to hear and properly address any feedback, concerns or complaints about our communications, actions and behavior related to our work.
