Help a Child wants every child to have a loving and dignified existence and a promising future.

Every child means every child. Also children with disabilities. Worldwide children with disabilities are one of the most marginalised and excluded groups, experiencing widespread violations of their rights. They are often neglected and discriminated. The impact of discrimination against children with a disability can deny them access to education and health care, opportunities for play and culture, family life, protection from violence, an adequate standard of living and the right to be heard. Beside this, children with a disability encounter a higher vulnerability to physical and sexual abuse and neglect. Scroll down if you want to learn more about disability inclusion.
