Help a Child encourages partners, local CBOs and grassroots movements to do lobby and advocacy for children and their needs. To support this lobby and advocacy and also to give guidelines on how to set up, promote and do lobby and advocacy at program level, but also at partner level, we have developed a guide that contains guidelines, minimum requirements, tools and PMEL for Lobby and Advocacy. The PMEL tools can also be downloaded separately.
